Chance the Dog needs a home
Meet Chance! He's a super friendly and very lucky guy! Chance, 9, was found just in time by a hunter as he was being surrounded by coyotes. He was cared for by that family until he found Grey Face Rescue. He's great with other dogs and cats and is a huge lover. He's a big guy and a bit clumsy -- because of this he can sometimes knock things over, so even though he's great with kids, a family with older children would be best. He is potty trained, and walks nicely on a leash! He would love to be your personal door greeter and he'll greet company with a tail wag while awaiting lots of pets from your guests. He does have some arthritis but gets around just fine. His ideal family would include someone strong enough to help him in/out of the car but who also likes to snuggle and pet a sweet, soft dog. Chance's best trait is his mellow personality. He does have some hearing loss but he would be able to learn what you want by doing hand signals instead. His perfect day would entail getting outside to check things out and then accompanying you around the house, getting lots of snuggles and treats. He's just a quiet, mellow, affectionate soul looking for a new family he can hang out with. Could it be yours?

Chance's adoption fee is $175, plus tax. Discount available for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies, distemper and bordetella), HW test, blood panel, a microchip and spay/neuter if needed.
